Paul Sheppard of Professionals Manning Vella has been working in the local Real Estate industry since 1991; with over 25 years’ experience primarily involved in the sale of residential property and the management of residential investment property. Paul’s qualifications not only include obtaining certificates in Residential Real Estate Sales, Residential Property Management, Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training but also include a Diploma in Financial Services which gives Paul a high level of understanding the procedures and requirements to be able to assist sellers and buyers alike, in achieving their property ownership goals.
