Did you know there are changes pending in the Residential Tenancies Act? This Act is 20 years old and during 2012, the Government released draft recommendations and held consultations with the industry as it prepared to overhaul this legislation.
The Professionals Property Management team was involved in discussions with property groups, such as the Real Estate Institute of South Australia, to ensure the voice of landlords and tenants were heard in these debates.
